Support when worry takes up too much of your day.

You may find yourself going over conversations, imagining what could go wrong or feeling responsible for keeping everything together. Even when you appear to be coping, it can feel exhausting inside.

Understanding what is happening

Anxiety may affect your sleep, confidence, relationships or ability to switch off. Counselling gives us time to understand what is happening and what might help you feel more able to manage.

You do not need a diagnosis to get in touch.

How we can work together

My approach combines person-centred counselling with CBT skills. We can explore the experiences and pressures behind your feelings and, where useful, look at patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be keeping anxiety going.

Depending on your needs, we might work on responding to worry, setting boundaries or taking manageable steps towards situations you have been avoiding. We will discuss practical work together so it feels relevant to you.

Low mood, relationship concerns, stress and self-esteem

You do not need to be facing a crisis to seek counselling. You may be feeling low, finding relationships difficult, struggling with pressure at work or questioning your own worth. We can explore what is happening, how it affects you and what you would like to change.

I offer individual counselling for relationship concerns, alongside support with low mood, stress, confidence and self-esteem.

Work-related stress and Employee Assistance Programmes

Work pressures can affect your confidence, wellbeing and life outside work. Counselling offers space to talk through what you are facing and explore ways to manage those pressures.

I also work through Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs). If you are seeking counselling through a workplace scheme, please contact me to check whether I can accept your referral and what your provider has authorised.
