A place to speak honestly about your loss and what comes next.

Losing a baby can bring grief for your baby, the life you imagined and the experiences you hoped to share. It may affect your relationships, your confidence and your sense of safety in the world.

Support after baby loss

I have experience supporting people affected by miscarriage, termination for medical reasons, stillbirth and neonatal death. You do not need to explain why your loss matters or feel ready to talk about every part of it.

Our sessions will focus on what you need. That might include talking about your baby, making sense of your experiences, navigating relationships or finding ways to manage difficult moments.

Pregnancy after loss

A pregnancy after loss can bring hope alongside fear, guilt and uncertainty. Appointments, scans and milestones may feel particularly difficult. Counselling can give you space to speak honestly about these feelings without pressure to feel a particular way.

Coming on your own or with your partner

I support individuals and couples experiencing shared grief. Attending together can offer space for each person’s experience of loss. This support focuses on bereavement rather than couples relationship therapy.

Support for grandparents

If you have lost a grandchild, your grief matters too. I offer space to talk about your loss alongside the difficulty of watching your child grieve, and to explore how to support your family while caring for yourself.
